If you having a problem when you sent or receive your e-mail, then you need to check your firewall that is perfectly configured with IncrediMail or not. 
If you are still not able to send or receive an e-mail, then please reconfigure your account first in order to verify that all e-mail account settings, including your username and password, it must be correct. 
Please follow these steps to sort out this issue: 
  • Double-click the IncrediMail icon shows on your desktop to open it. 
  • A new main window of IncrediMail is pop up, 
  • Select the 'Tools' menu 
  • Then Click on 'Accounts...' to open your 'Mail Accounts' dialog. 
  • Now select your email account and click on 'Remove'  button
  • Now Click on 'Add' button
  • Either you can import your email account from another email client (such as MSN/Outlook Express) or fill all your account details manually.
